Mark 5:7 And cried with a loud voice, and said, What have I to do with thee, Jesus, thou Son of the most high God? I adjure thee by God, that thou torment me not.

Over the years of my ministry I have met lots of people that seemed to be afraid of Jesus and what He would do to them. They were afraid He would take away the good life. They thought that they would have no more fun. They or said that Jesus would ruin their life.

I find it interesting in the Bible that I do not see that story told. I do however find demons that are afraid of Jesus. They think that He is going to torment, torture them!

The demons are actually tormenting someone else. They are ruining the life of this poor man. This man needs victory. He needs to be freed.

Could it be that the junk people think is from listening to and thinking like the demons. Every where Jesus went He was doing good. He didn’t hurt anyone. He healed the sick, raised the dead, fed the hungry. He was and is good.

If today you are afraid Jesus might ruin your life, crimp your style, cause you some discomfort let me assure you that you are messed up in your thinking. You are thinking what Satan wants you to think and you are thinking it to your own detriment.

Jesus wants to free you. He wants to give you life. He came with good news not bad news.

Hear the gospel and be saved today!
