“The Noticer” by Andy Andrews is definitely worth the short amount of time it takes to read it. I highly enjoyed the style and manner in which it is written. The basic premise behind the story is that a man who went by the name Jones would travel through town helping individuals and families get a little perspective on their circumstances. He offers them very simple and practical advise on how they need to evaluate their current situation. The advice given can be found in many popular books over the last 10 years. For example he gives a basic over view of the “Five Love Languages”. I found it unnecessary and distracting the amount of time the author spent trying to make Jones a person that transcends time. color, and ethnicity. I look forward to reading more books by Andy Andrew.
